Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt. For orders going outside of the United States please call ahead to get shipping info.

Standard Shipping Charges
Currently NaturaLuxuries uses USPS priority mail for shipping on all domestic orders. For orders under $40.00, there is a $7.00 shipping charge. For orders over $40, shipping is free.

Return Policy
Due to the nature of our business, please be advised that all sales are final and are not subject to return. If your package arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, your claim must be received within 48 hours from the date you received your order. Damaged items must be unused. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. No Cash Refunds.

Your privacy is important to us. In no way will NaturaLuxuries share your information with a third party. NaturaLuxuries uses the information you provide when placing an order only to complete your order. Your e-mail will be used to send your order & shipping confirmation, as well as any other relevant order information.
